Hawthorn Berry

Hawthorn is one of the oldest known herbs used in European herbal tradition. It is first mentioned in the journal of Dioscorides, a Greek physician of the first century. Hawthorn features various compounds such as procyanidins, flavonoids and flavonols which exhibit antioxidant properties.
