Provinal® Purified Omega-7 from Swanson EFAs offers an inexpensive method of isolating omega-7 from a fish source that also purifies it so that you don't get any harmful nutrients along with it as you do with some of the other sources of omega-7s. Provinal Purified Omega-7 yields a minimum 50% concentration of omega-7 palmitoleic acid in ethyl ester form from wild anchovies, while keeping levels of antagonistic fatty acids below one percent. It's a source of purified palmitoleic acid in ethyl ester form for easier assimilation.
