Both formulas feature the same advanced forms of B-vitamins, including benfotiamine (thiamin/vitamin B1), pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P/vitamin B6), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), patented Pantesin® (pantethine) and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folate).
